The Old Parochial House is available for self-catering generally in weekly increments from Saturday to Saturday. If a period of time is required outside those dates please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone and we will try our very best to accommodate you. Prices will depend on the duration of stay and time of year, therefore we will quote at the time of enquiry. Special rates are available for smaller groups (max 6)

Rates - REMAINING AUTUMN/WINTER 2010 WEEKS REDUCED!!!
High season 2010 - June, July and August €950 per week
Christmas and New Year 2010 - €950 per week
May and September 2010 - €850 NOW JUST €700 PER WEEK
Other times 2010 - €750 NOW JUST €600 PER WEEK
Three nights - available from October to end of April - rates on request

Saturday Changeover
Guests are asked to arrive at or after 3pm on the Saturday and to leave by 10am on the day of departure. It is essential that these times are adhered so that the house is immaculate enough for all our guests.

Deposits
50% of the total booking with your reservation with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Payment
By cheque, Bank Draft, Visa, Mastercard or cash.

Heat and Light 
The house has two open fires which are available for your use. A start up fuel pack is provided free of charge. Oil fired central heating is charged by meter reading on departure. There is no additional charge for electricity.

Security Bond
EUR 300 is payable on arrival and will be returned no later than seven days after your departure once we are satisfied that no damage or breakage has occurred to warrant recompense.
