The Old Parochial House is available for self-catering generally in weekly increments from Saturday to Saturday. If a period of time is required outside those dates please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone and we will try our very best to accommodate you. Prices will depend on the duration and time of year, therefore we will quote at the time of enquiry.

Special rates are available for smaller groups (max 6)

High season - June, July and August €950 per week
Christmas and New Year - €950 per week
May and September - €850 per week
Other times - €750 per week
Three nights - available from October to end of April - rates on request
Guests are asked to arrive at or after 4pm hours on the Saturday and leave before 11am on the day of departure. It is essential that these times are adhered so that the house is immaculate enough for all our guests.

Heat & Light
The house has two open fires which are available for your use. A start up fuel pack is provided free of charge.
Oil fired central heating is charged by meter reading on departure. There is no additional charge for electricity.


EUR 300 is payable on arrival and will be returned no later than seven days after your departure once we are satisfied that no damage or breakage has occurred to warrant recompense.
